Claude-Paul CHINEEGADO is a Senior Advisor at IIG.

Mr. Chineegado is the founder of HEART International (HEART), a Foundation with a focus on Africa. Claude-Paul previously founded and managed HEART-PPP overseeing numerous public private partnership (PPP) projects across Africa.

Over the past four decades, he has been a consultant to governments across sub-Saharan Africa on issues of trade and project finance. His ability to create visionary models has seen governments implement projects that have benefitted both these economies and their people.

Claude Paul has invaluable experience delivering projects in challenging environments and working with stakeholders across varying levels and is deeply passionate about building and developing the HEART ideology of a human-centered business model. Paul previously worked in Corporate Banking in the UK. He now resides in Portugal.
